Brisket - Case of 6

Use this dry rub on your beef and it will taste like it just came off the smoker in a Texan barbeque joint.

There is a little backdrop of heat from the Spanish oak smoked paprika and fresh cayenne pepper, but the main flavour profile is classic black pepper, garlic, and onion. Without salt or sugar you can add to your own taste.

Brisket dry spice rub for beef guarantees an amazing bark. 

Sprinkle generously on brisket and cook low and slow. Alternatively try it in faster cooks such as in burgers, lasagne, Bolognese, on steaks, or in tacos and fajitas.

Also great on lamb, in kebabs and on roast potatoes or chips.
